Public Alchemy is a digital consultancy specialising in data-led transformation in SEND. We provide SEND Leaders with advanced data analytics to enable their teams to deliver long-lasting, impactful changes.
Our collaborative efforts with local authorities and their key system partners, including schools, parents, carers, and healthcare professionals, are focused on developing local solutions at the school level. These solutions are tailored to meet the unique needs of each local community, ensuring everyone's voice is heard and valued.
Combining advanced data analytics with a human-centred approach is the most effective way to improve the outcomes for children and young people with SEND and ensure the financial sustainability of SEND systems across England.
Our Vision for SEND Data
Knowing what to improve is the first step towards delivering better outcomes to children with SEND. Data analytics are essential to enable systems to identify opportunities to improve and prioritise the right actions.
We have developed a national benchmarking tool to allow all systems across the country to compare their local SEND situation to that of other areas of England.
Improving the life of pupils with SEND is only possible at a much more local level. That’s why we develop data visualisation tools at the catchment area level to understand the local needs and develop targeted actions in partnership with local schools.
